It was just divine. A very homely feel, cosy, and European feel conducive to the location.
I had to leave early and the water in the urn hadn’t been kept on.

This guest house was an unexpected and welcome find when I needed to stay in Cooma. David the owner was extremely helpful. The room was homely and comfy. Breakfast was laid out in the dining room with plenty of choice. There was a lovely communal room at the back of the house with lounge chairs, exercise bikes and a view across Cooma to the hills behind, decorated with photos David has taken himself. It was a lovely place to sit quietly and watch the birds come in to roost of an evening. Thankyou for a lovely stay.

Very special, but cozy room. The atmosphere was fitting. The bathroom was clean (with a hair dryer).
Easy parking, even easier check-in/check-out!
And a lovely little welcome gift as well :)
The breakfast was really good and diverse, but I missed some cheese or other savoury items.
