Location and size to accomodate family
En-suite toilet ran on. Dishwasher did not clean without thorough wash beforehand which defeats the purpose of a dishwasher. Limited soundproofing between rooms in bedroom wing

Location was good. Size was good and style was nice. Warm.
Dishes were dirty and there were a load of old beer and wine bottles left from the previous people who booked the property. The tennis rackets were broken. Lawns and garden unkept. We thought the pool and tennis court were on the property but they were down the road.

The house was comfortable and spacious, on a quiet section close to town.
It wasn't obvious from the description that the pool and tennis court were not on the property. They were quite far down the street (250m) and full of families when we stayed, so we didn't end up using them.
