Monolocale in Basso ristrutturato del centro storico di Ragusa. La ristrutturazione è stata fatta molto bene e la dotazione ed organizzazione altrettanto bene. Monolocale dotato di tutto il necessario. La struttura ha i suoi problemi di umidità, scarsi ricambi di aria naturali, e poca luminosità naturale, ma ha il grande beneficio di risultare particolarmente fresco anche nelle giornate di estate più calde . La Sig.ra Sonia lo gestisce in maniera molto efficiente e si è sempre dimostrata molto disponibile.
