It's a smart little place, finished to a high standard and immaculately clean. The street is quiet-ish and in easy walking distance of busses and Metro. The TV is modern and has all the apps such as Youtube, Netflix, prime etc. The A/C cools the room down, which is really needed in the hot weather. The shower is high powered and the bathroom is great quality The host was kind enough to leave a small Rose prosecco drink and the kitchen has all the facilities including coffee machine etc. fruit teas, microwave and large fridge. Getting to and from the airport is very easy with the metro and 100E Airport bus just 4 stops away on the Metro 2

The Sofa bed is not very comfortable. I have one similar and a good thick mattress topper would make it more comfortable. Although the street is quiet, traffic can still be heard especially at night. The A/C unit is quite noisy and has to switched off in the night or you would not sleep. Also the bathroom sink is very small. It's impossible to wash in it without water splashing everywhere, but that is not a huge problem. There is not much in the vicinity in terms of bars and restaurants, although the Marishkya Hotel & restaurant close by is very pleasant, if expensive. You are quite far from the "action" in terms of bars. It feels like I have given it a low score which it does not deserve but that's unfortunately how the review system works. I feel this is closer to a 7.8 than a 7.

I loved how this place was designed... thoughtful touches that utilise a tight space, in pink, right down to the welcome drink

La ubicación nos quedó perfecta. La decoración es muy linda. Tiene todo lo necesario para una buena estancia. El personal es muy amable, atento y están al pendiente de que todo esté en orden.

Hay muchas arañitas y telarañas, aunque no las matamos por respeto, pero no me gustan para compartir hospedaje. 😂
