The Receptionist was very helpful and very efficient.
The swimming pool was public and we had to pay. Swimming lessons and absolutely full. We had chosen the hotel for the pool so this was disappointing. The breakfast was also full on meat and no vegetarian options at all. They also made us pay for the coffee.

I would score this stay a 9 if it wasn’t for my check in experience.
The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, excellent mini bar and the best pillows.
The coffee shop, tha garden area and the breakfast all lovely.
On check in I was charged an extra booking fee on top of my booking.com price. I was told I had to pay but cash, then I was told the restaurant was closed for dinner. Then I had another issue I won’t detail but overall the person on check in I found to be unpleasant.
