The unit itself is spacious with a great view over Surabaya. It is luxurious and somewhere everyone would be happy to call home. We really loved our time there.
It is BYO everything. They basically give you an empty shell, admittedly an exceptionally nice one but there is no paper towel, no cleaning products like spray and wipe or even dishwashing liquid. The cutlery is cheap and mismatched. It is sad as these little extras would boost the score to ten out of ten. There was only one small frying pan so cooking was a challenge.

- Wij vonden het niet super hygiënisch. Niet vies, maar kan wel schoner. Kan ook liggen aan slecht onderhoud?
- Check-in ging niet heel vlekkeloos.

Good location. Great city view from the wide windows. Ms. Jane is an excelent hot, quick response, make all the check-in and check out fast and easy.
Despite that the apartment is an luxury apartment, but to consider lower rate per night will be very much appreciated.
