Villa Alexander The Great

המתחם והבריכה: המקום מצוין והבריכה גדולה ומרווחת. המיקום: לא בלב העניינים, מה שמעניק שקט, רוגע ונוחות מקסימלית. השירות: ביום הראשון הבריכה לא הייתה נקייה מספיק, אך לאחר פנייה לצוות, היא עברה ניקיון יסודי באופן מיידי. השירות היה מהיר, אדיב ויעיל מאוד. שורה תחתונה: מקום מקסים עם תודעת שירות גבוהה. מומלץ בחום!

kitchen, kitchen utilities/utensils were dirty, no excess trash bags, no excess toilet paper, cabinets were a bit smelly

Nagyon jó volt a medence, jöttek pár naponta tisztítani a medencét, a ház is megfelelő volt.

Wc papírból nagyon keveset adtak mikor megerkeztunk jeleztük, hogy jó lenne, ha biztosítanának többet akkor kaptunk par darabot de egyebkent mondták, hogy azt nekünk kell beszerezni. 7 emberre oda raktak 6 törülközőt amit nem is értek hiszen alapból fejenként illene biztosítani 2 törülközőt/fő főleg, hogy medence is van. Így kaptunk pluszban a 6 törülköző mellé 2-3 törülközőt de ennyi. Nagyon nehéz volt megoldani, hogy legyen mindenkinek tiszta törülköző. Nem lett volna rossz, ha biztosítanak tusfurdoket, nem egy nagy összegű befektetések ezek, de legalább jól esik a vendégeknek. Ezeken lehetne változtatni mondjuk

The vila is really nice, we loved it - lots of space for all of us downstairs, 3 toilets and 2 bathrooms were fantastic for 7 people. Outdoor is spacious, very nice sitting area and plenty of deck chairs. The pool is amazing and is being cleaned regularly. Airco in every room. Parking space right at the house covered which was really nice in hot weather. The ramp to the street is also nice as no strangers can get in. Location is good as we had the car - without the car it would be lots of walking to the restaurants, shops and the beach. The communication with the owner was top - very responsive and helpful.

The state of the kitchen cupboards was horrible - musty smell in all cupboards, dishes dirty and sticky - we had to clean first everything before using, some dishes had mold… the pans and saucepans were all scratched - really horribly - however this was solved by the owner immediately and new pans and saucepans were delivered within couple of hours. There were no towels when we arrived however when asked for it, again we received them asap. The shower had dirty sponge with full of hair at the arrival, no toilet paper in the house, no bath / shower mats and the wardrobes are full of different stuff as blankets, duvets, pillows, baby cot so there is no space to put your clothes in wardrobes. And the musty smell in wardrobes and washing machine is bad - all the clothes smelled musty even after washing…. There is a hoover in the vila but it doesn’t work so we used outdoor brushes to clean the floor… after opening the microwave there was a plastic box with a food leftover and spilled food.. The response from the owner was fantastic - she tried to solve everything asap, she organized additional cleaning for the next day however this didn’t help much. We also received compensation for this so I have to compliment her approach however the cleaning company which is used is not good. And the kitchen needs a deep cleaning and I would recommend to replace all dishes…
