La casa es un pelín antigua y falta menaje para grupos

Puur natuur, groot privé zwembad (de eigenaren wonen ook op de finca en hebben een eigen zwembad). Zwembad wordt iedere nacht schoongemaakt door de eigenaar. Heel veel ruimte in en om het huis. Poolbiljart, voetbalveld, basketbal. Er zijn twee leuke honden en vele katten, een ezel en kippen, eieren en fruit van de finca. 10 minuten rijden (ruim een uur lopen) naar het leuke dorp Moratalla met vele winkels, bars en restaurants. In de zomer is het te warm, maar de andere maanden biedt de omgeving heel veel moois. Ook in de zomer is het in deze streek opvallend groen.
De matrassen zijn smal en niet van goede kwaliteit. Er zijn geen airco's, wel ventilatoren. Als je overdag de deuren en ramen dicht houdt en 's avonds open zet, blijft het koel in huis. Overdag buiten in juli - augustus tegen de 38 graden, maar koelt 's avonds lekker af.
