Tolles Appartement, alles sehr sauber und komfortabel!

Das Appartement befindet sich im Block C. Es ist nirgends beschrieben wo und was der Block C ist! Das Appartement ist im 1 OG. direkt über der Einfahrt zur Tiefgarage. Das an der Decke zum Appartement angebrachte Garagenrolltor ist extrem laut und der Schall überträgt sich direkt in die Wohnung. Ab 5:00 früh kann man nicht mehr schlafen, da Bewohner ständig das Haus verlassen und sich das Rolltor ständig auf und zu bewegt. Ebenfalls die danebenliegende Autobahn verursacht einen ständigen Lärmpegel! Schade, weil ansonsten das Appartement toll ist, aber der Lärm und Schallpegel haben mich sehr schlecht schlafen lassen!

The flat is generally great — it’s in a new building, has sheltered parking, and feels clean and modern. It’s super convenient for getting to the highway and the old town. There’s a grocery store nearby — about a 10-minute walk or 3 minutes by car. The owner sent clear, straightforward instructions on how to get in and use everything. We stayed here for two days and would definitely book it again if we’re in the area. The blackout shutters really help block out the highway noise.

It’s not the owner’s fault, but the flat is right above the garage, so if you’re a light sleeper, you might get woken up in the middle of the night when someone (a Porsche owner) pulls in or heads out. The neighbourhood is clearly on the upswing, it’s a growing, desirable area, so you’ll occasionally see construction equipment around - but I had a feeling of safety overall.

Ubytovanie sa nám veľmi páčilo a určite ho odporúčame. Boli sme partia 4 ľudí, dvaja na gauči dvaja v spálni. Gauč veľmi pohodlný. Ubytovanie bolo čisté, krásne, moderné. Čakal nás aj mini bar. Veľmi pozitívne hodnotím parkovanie - krytá bezpečná garáž. Lokalita úžasná , 15 minút cca chôdze pešo k námestiu. Komunikácia s majiteľmi bola pohotová a príjemná, boli nám dodané jasne info k ubytku. Ďakujeme a určite budeme odporúčať ďalej. :)))
