The apartment has nearly all amenities (except basic groceries like salt, oil, and pepper) and is secured with an automatic gate. The place had 2 bathrooms and toilets, one on the ground floor and one on the 1st floor next to the rooms. The kitchen and living room space had AC and a quite clean place. Even bath towels and soaps were provided. Comfortable furniture to use. Fully functional gas stove. Seaside is 5 minutes away by car.

The place could have been cleaner. Knobs were missing in one room's door and the bathroom's main door on the 1st floor. Beautiful apartment but needs some renovation works.
