Stunning 1 Bedroom Apartment in Central Liverpool

Location was perfect. I managed to park behind the property free of charge in one of their parking bays. I slept like a log all 3 nights - comfy bed. Good shower/hot water. Property felt secure.

Could do with maybe another mirror either in bedroom or hallway. Shower Matt needed as shower could be slippy. Paint the ceiling in the bathroom. You could see where there had been a previous leak from upstairs property and ceiling was black with mould. Would be a quick and simple fix.

Close to the centre and the railway station, would have been good to be given directions rather than it be assumed I could access google maps, I guess that's down to the age difference between me and the gentleman I spoke to.

The pillows were shocking! cheap, nasty, hollow fibre, flat as a pancake and no pillow protectors

FEW FACLITY LIKE Dishwater, HOOKS and towel rods in bathroom NOT AVAILABLE. NET CONNECTION DELAYED. PLACE IS WELDONE & CONVENIENT LOCATION 200m to James street bus stop.

The place is in first floor so we had a bit of difficulty climbing the stairs with our luggage.

Location to station was great.

On the face of it this property is good. But .. 1. No mattress protection for double bed 2. The bathroom light was on continually 24/7 as the pull cord needed replacing, im 6ft and couldn't reach what was left of the cord i asked for it to be mended nothing. 3. There was no shower mat on to a tiled floor very dangerous to me at my age. 4. Shower dirty behind sliding door not been cleaned. 5. No tea towel for drying up despite being asked to do washing up. 6. Traffic noise from outside ok, but not great. better. 7. Pillows were well below par for the bed, sorry forgot this. I think small things would make this property excel. The reliance on mobile technology for this property is a little perplexing, and you had to use this for the property guide, and information for the local area if needed.
