Una ubicación privilegiada, muy céntrica, cerca de mercados, cafeterías, restaurant
No cuenta con estacionamiento. Los recomendados que atienden 24/7 quedan a unas cinco cuadras.

El lugar se ve como se muestran en la fotos. Muy bien equipado y la ubicacion fantástica.
Nos cobraron un deposito de garantia de 455 reales, que hasta el momento no lo reintegraron y tampoco responden la posible fecha del reintegro, el departamento quedo en las mismas condiciones que fue entregado, impecable. Tuvimos un tema con la heladera.... hacia un ruido constante, se les aviso del problema al contacto que teníamos del lugar, pero no lo solucionaron.... durante nuestra estadía de 10 dias convivimos con el ruido.

Amei o bom gosto da decoração, o espaço, a organização, a facilidade de acesso, o atendimento. Tivemos tudo que precisamos. Uma casa completa. Superou minhas expectativa. Ótimo custo-benefício.

Localização, conforto, decoração. Tudo muito limpo, organizado. É perto de tudo.
Poderia ter sabonetes de mãos nos banheiros, e sugestão de estacionamento para quem vai de carro.
