Very modern nice looking caravan with everything needed , comfortable beds, double bed big enough and having an on suite was great convenience. Kitchen well equipped, big fridge with freezer .Great location , 5 minute walk from lagoon, 15 minute walk from Pagham beach, 1 minute walk from Nica shop, swimming pool, kids playground and fun activities.
No bins provided , shower a bit difficult to adjust temperature of water and changed very quickly from very hot to very cold (hazard of burning as hot water was very very hot )

When we came in we were very happy with what we saw. Until problems started to show.
Nice furniture and kitchen was nicely stocked with utilities
