The property us very good for a couple, or a small family with ine child. What you see in the pictures is the same you get!! The person who does the check in is very good and pleasant! The location of the property is great, the Montjuic park is close, the magic fountains are only 6min far. The bus is only downstairs and the poble sec metro is 5min away!!

The sheets and the couch cushions weren't clean!! Other than that everything was clean and good

La situación del apartamento cerca del metro Poblasec y a 25 minutos andando del Palau San Jordi, el apartamento era amplio, limpio y la cocina estaba bien equipada, microondas, cafetera, tostadora...

El colchón era malísimo y las almohadas peor, y las escaleras de subida eran estrechas e incómodas. Tampoco me gustó que una vez pagado el apartamento, para la entrega de llaves, te exigen de 30 a 70 euros según la hora de llegada, para la recogida de llaves...tienen una opción gratuita de recogida en box en un lugar distinto al apartamento a 25 minutos andando.

Clean spacious apartment with a fully equipped kitchen, lots of light, and a washing machine. A nice quiet non touristy neighborhood that had a market, bus stop, and some good restaurants nearby. It was outside of the city center but not too far from it.

The first three hours we had this rental were extremely frustrating. Before we checked in, there was a lot of miscommunication on the Booking.com website/ app. The hotel company wanted us to register our details and kept sending us links to do so. The links were removed from the chat by Booking for security reasons. We kept telling the hotel the links were removed from the chat and just sending the hotel the information they needed. We don’t know if any of those messages got through. I called the hotel because they kept asking us to register early after we thought we already sent them the information multiple times. I asked them to just email me the link because booking kept removing the registration link. They said they would send us the link again. I didn’t get why doing the same thing that did not work five previous times would suddenly work. Finally received the link via WhatsApp. The hotel tax was not included in the initial price. Free check in required going to one place to pick up a key and then going to the rental. Picked up the key and paid the tax, I’m told the apartment is on the first floor. We get to the building, climb to the first floor, and the key doesn’t work. The signage says Entresol. We try the next floor. Key doesn’t work. Signage says Principal. Both floors have people living there. This could cause problems with the neighbors. Next floor: 1o Piso. Keys finally work. A head’s up that first floor actually means the third floor up from the ground floor would have been helpful. Finally in the apartment, turn on the AC. Try looking around for the WiFi information. There doesn’t seem to be anything. We’re told after asking that the information is on the router. I see a WLAN password but I have no idea which WiFi to connect to. There were something like 8 networks available. I basically have to try connecting to each individual network with the password I have until I find the right connection.
