- it's very conveniently located. There are restaurants and a supermarket nearby. All within walking distance. - major warehouses converted into pickleball courts, also within walking distance. If you're a fan of the sport, you can be playing non-stop to experience the different facilities. - check-in was straightforward and hassle free - The room was spacious and overall clean. A functioning kitchen is open for use as well. - air conditioning was cold and the fan allowed for air movement in the day. - facilities like the gym and pool are open for use. - The bed and pillows were comfortable. - Huge wardrobe to hang clothes. - sockets next to the bed. Bed side tables are also very convenient.

- Security was too lax. You can walk in and go about without them batting an eye. - The room needs a bit of an update. The cupboards, table and TV display are peeling. - the fake plants are dusty. Looks great but not very practical. - TV works but the speaker is broken. You can't watch anything without the TV screeching. Even with Netflix and YouTube, I couldn't enjoy it. - water pressure is weak. It took longer for me to shower because I was waiting for my shampoo to wash off. - there were a couple of small cockroaches that appeared in the bathroom. - The chopping board was warped like crazy. - can't open the curtains much. Only a part of the curtains can pull back. - the sponge is overused to the point it's black. - there are bed side lamps but no USB socket for you to plug it in. I had to use my own USB socket.

Good location, nice pool.

Not the fault of the apartment but I found it annoying that there were kids jumping into the pool already at 7am and making a lot of noise which you could hear in the apartment (although the rules say the pool is only open later).
