Zwei getrennte Wohnungen. Nach Reklamation wurde der Duschkopf umgehend erneuert.
Das die Wohnungen ziemlich verwahrlost und sehr staubig waren. Das Haus benötigt dringend einer Grundreinigung und einige Erneuerungen, damit man charmant überhaupt verwenden. Die Scheiben von Backofen und Mikrowelle waren unansehnlich. Einige Mängel wurden der Eigentümerin persönlich mitgeteilt, die teilweise erledigt wurden. Nach unsere Meinung waren wir die ersten Mieter nach ewiger Zeit.
