Очень красивый, чистый номер. Удобное расположение гостиницы , 44 этаж, лифт ждать долго не приходилось , как пишут в предыдущих отзывах . Вид прекрасный на город и море. В номере все необходимое для проживания ( холодильник, посуда, телевизор, фен, постельные принадлежности, банные принадлежности, кондиционер. Все работало .

I stayed at this hotel during my recent trip to Batumi and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient for exploring the city. However, I feel obligated to share an important security concern that occurred during my stay. On 15 Aug 2025 my phone was stolen while I was having coffee at Iveria Cafe- a cafe that has two locations, one in Batumi and another in Tbilisi. Based on the circumstances, I strongly suspect this was an inside job involving the cafe staff. I have filed a police report regarding this incident. While this incident is not directly related to the hotel, I wanted to warn fellow travelers to be extremely cautious when visiting this particular cafe. I recommend keeping your valuables secure and being vigilant about your belongings, especially when dining at local establishments. I hope the hotel management and local tourism authorities will take note of such security concerns that affect visitors to the area. Despite this unfortunate incident, I would still consider staying at this hotel again, but I wanted to ensure other guests are aware and can take appropriate precautions. Recommendations for future guests: - Keep valuables in hotel safe - Be cautious at local cafes and restaurants - Don't leave phones/electronics unattended, even briefly Thank you to the hotel staff who were supportive when I needed assistance with this matter.

Очень чистый, ухоженный номер. Видно, что хозяева следят за техникой, мебелью. Кровать с хорошим, не уставшим матрацем. Гладильная доска, утюг, стиральная машина, фен, микроволновка, тостер, чайник, плита, холодильник и даже минибар - в наличии, чистые, не убитые. Кресла - чистые, обивка без пятен и потертостей.

Единственный минус, но не самого отеля, а здания - это лифты. 51 этаж, более 3150 номеров и всего по 6 лифтов с двух сторон. Очереди на первом этаже, десятиминутные ожидания на этаже. К этому надо быть готовым, чтобы не испытать разочарования.
