O Custo x Beneficio é o maior atrativo dessa acomodação, um flat simples e funcional, tem uma localização muito boa com uma variedade de comércio ao redor e fácil acesso a transporte público, só atravessar a rua que tem lanchonete para almoçar e tomar café.
O banheiro é bem pequeno o vaso fica quase embaixo do chuveiro (rsrs), para tomar banho você acaba molhando todo o banheiro, podiam colocar uma cortina lá para amenizar a molhadeira.

Bem localizado, perto das principais coisas do centro, confortavel, aconchegante, anfitrião super solicito. Gostei bastante e voltaria mais vezes!
Poderia ter uma Tv, não foi um problema pra mim, mas seria bom se tivesse.

A maior vantagem da acomodação é mesmo localização, como apontam outros comentários. O prédio também é bem seguro, mesmo estando no centro da cidade.
Não é confortável, o cama é ruim, não tem local adequado para trabalho - a mesa e o banco são altos e muito desconfotáveis, o ambiente é mal preservado e não parece muito limpo - tem mofo e teto descascando, frigobar bem sujo e fogão parcialmente defeituoso. Recomendo apenas para estadias curtas.
