Having our holidays at Saffron Sarvam was a great & memorable experience, a trip filled with fun amongst living in a contemporary and clean villa. Location was great, villa was fully connected with nature. However, food was not upto the mark… we were having previous experience of personalised chef at saffron property & enjoying freshly made food. But here it was lacking…i guess here it was outsourced and hence it was not upto the standard.
Food experience need to improve definitely, options and quality of food needs to look upon.

Property is like the way presented in pics
- No one was there to welcome us.. self checked in
- Had to wait for more than an hour before our first lunch was served though we had informed all details much in advance
- Manager had no clue whatsoever on preparations for our check in
- Property is acutely short staffed
- Food was below par
