Location. Basic but generally clean.

Location. The ocean view, and kitchen. The ease of access from parking to elevator to room. Really appreciated the sand trail to the beach was covered with a mat which made walking an ease.
The couch and chair were uncomfortable. There was no light on balcony. Bathroom felt cramped.

The property is in a great location and the pool was nice. Easy access to the beach. We liked that the appliances were on the newer side and the countertops had been updated.
The property is a bit outdated. Only one elevator working and multiple people said it’s down every time they come. That really should be addressed. The couch was very uncomfortable to sit on. The shower needs a complete update. The bedroom was too small. The dishwasher made the room smell when we ran it so that needs to be addressed. Multiple blinds are missing. For the price we paid, we thought it would have been more upscale. Probably will not return to this location.
