Brilliant!!!

The location was perfect for our needs.

The smell of dogs who have stayed there. I knew the property accepts dogs before booking so this is not a criticism.

Exceptional, spotless and beautifully presented home, extremely well-equipped and set in a perfect beachfront location.

Our family stayed at this property over Christmas and it was absolutely perfect, we honestly couldn’t have picked a better place. There was so much space throughout, with excellent facilities, and it was especially well equipped for cooking a Christmas dinner. We loved having a separate lounge so different members of the family could relax comfortably. The whole property was exceptionally clean, beautifully presented, and we really loved the style, colour themes and décor throughout. The bedrooms were spacious, spotless, and well presented, with plenty of storage. The kitchen/diner was ideal for socialising and opened out onto a secure, enclosed garden, which was perfect for our dogs. The location was fantastic, directly opposite the beach, making it so easy to head out for a quick walk. Karen was a wonderful host, friendly, kind, and great at communicating, answering all our questions promptly. She even decorated Christmas trees in both the kitchen and the lounge, which was such a thoughtful personal touch and really made our stay feel special. Everything was just perfect. Clean, modern, by the sea

Great modern townhouse, well furnished, very warm and very clean. Right by the sea, about 20-30 minutes walk into town or a quick taxi ride. Loads of bathrooms/loos. We went in November and there was plenty of on road parking plus a car park adjacent. I imagine in summer that parking is trickier to find. Communication from the property host was good. We'd stay here again.

I managed to get locked in the upstairs en suite bathroom as the lock is iffy. Being a three storey property, my fellow occupants couldn't hear me shout for help for a while. Luckily it was a quick job getting me out, but not sure what I would have done if they had been out or still hadn't heard me (!)

Lovely location to enjoy the beach

Location was amazing. Right on the beach. Enjoyed the sunset and sunrise. Clean. Great instructions before our arrival. Dog loved the location next to the beach and garden was very secure.

Lounge felt a little cramped with a lack of comfy seating. 3 wine glasses, none of which matched. Felt was a bit lacking when it comes to selling as luxury. Was a bit disappointed to be honest.

Very nice house with lovely views of the sea, host was very helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Long walk to town but with nice weather it’s fine. Neighbours smoked weed a lot, not good for a 3 year old.

Great location within minutes walk of peaceful south beach and 15 minute walk to centre of Felixstowe. Lovely view from 1st floor lounge. Comfortable beds , 2 bathrooms, spacious kitchen.

We were happy with everything but people need to be aware that there are bedrooms on all 3 floors and 2 on top floor, so 3 sets of stairs.

Lovely stay with family, fantastic location and very comfortable house

Lovely house in a really great location - you can watch the sun come up over the sea in the mornings and the kitchen was very sunny. Very walkable into town and to all the amusements etc. Really recommend.

Highly recommend

Beautiful home, high standard of interiors, spotlessly clean, well equipped and in a lovely location . Promenade right out front with a nice little coffee cake shack and then a stroll away a pleasant cafe restaurant . Excellent communication before and during stay with host .

Could do with a little more comfortable seating in living room but that is a minor.
