C’est neuf et propre
En rez de chaussée la grande terrasse est appréciée
Les poubelles à 20 mètres c’est pas terrible
Et les aboiements du chien de la maison assez insupportables

The location was brilliant, sea view, pick up from the port and nothing was too much trouble.
On a couple of occasions the puppy was tied up and barked continuously, spoiling a ‘quiet evening’ also leading to dog mess on the path.
Building work still going on, not pretty but also not obtrusive.

Neuwertig, relativ frisch gebaut, grosses Zimmer, grosser Balkon (nachdem wir vor Ort ein Upgrade nach Reklamation erhalten haben). Küchenausststtung sehr gut.
Viel zu enges Bad, Gebäude steht in wüster Landschaft umgeben von Baumaterial und Bauschutt. Mit dem kostenlosen Upgrade vor Ort war die Preis-Leistung des Zimmers gerade ok.

The room is simple and efficient - just large enough to fit a bed and kitchenette (very well stocked with supplies and a hot plate) along with some shelves to unpack your clothes. The patio space outside is nice and is where you will need to sit if you want to work on a computer or eat, etc (maybe some rooms are bigger than ours?) The A/C worked well and the shutters blocked out every ray of morning sun so we could sleep in easily. It’s close to the port and a short drive to the chora.
The room smelled very strongly of cigarettes when we arrived and stayed this way despite our efforts to air it out. The shower spread water through the bathroom (as there is no barrier) and into the main room - there is only one very small towel to mop with so the floors were often wet. The fridge made noise through the night and would turn off when we left the room so we had to be careful with what we stored. That said, the price was fair.
