Family home with character

Argemonia opens its doors to you, just a few minutes from the center of the village of Saint-Emilion and in the heart of the vineyards.

The house has all the facilities for a relaxing and discovery stay, with family or friends.
The accommodation
The neat decoration offers an "at home" experience while offering an optimal level of comfort.

The first floor is composed of:
- an entrance opening onto the living/dining room. The table is a rectangular wooden table that can comfortably seat 10 people.
- a modern, fully equipped kitchen.
- a shower room with double sink and toilet.

The house has 2 staircases, each serving part of the house.

The staircase located in the kitchen leads:
- a "mezzanine" area with sofa bed (sleeps 2 - 2 children/teenager or 1 adult)
- a bedroom with double bed (160*200) and storage.
- a second bedroom with a double bed (160*200) and storage.

The staircase located in the entrance hall leads, on 2 levels:
- a bedroom with a double bed (160*200) and its private shower room
- a second bedroom with private shower room and double bed (160*200).

All rooms have a television and a safe.PGJyPg
The house opens onto a landscaped garden with dining table and parasol, garden furniture, sunbeds and a swimming pool (not heated).

Traveller access
You have access to the entire house.
A cellar, belonging to the property is annexed to the house. Access is via the garden. We may have to ask you, during your stay, for access to the garden in order to be able to go to the cellar.
We will of course respect your privacy and tranquillity.
Other remarks
The house is located in the heart of the Saint-Emilion vineyards, it is surrounded by vineyards and properties.
You can be spectators of actions of maintenance, cleaning or treatment of the vineyard that surrounds the house.
