Location is key, situated just 8 miles from Busch Stadium and downtown, 4 miles from the Saint Louis Zoo, 3 miles from the Science Center, and 16 miles from Barnes Hospital. This home is an ideal choice for families, professionals, or anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay while exploring all that St. Louis has to offer. Although we do not like fees in order to maintain our units we must make you aware of the following:
If you do not honor our pet policy (no pets disclosure) you will be fined $300.
Strict NO SMOKING policy. If you smoke inside you will be fined $250.
We are not responsible for items left behind by guests. If you leave an item behind and you want it to be sent back to you. We charge $25 for that item to be shipped plus the shipping costs.
Any stay greater than 21 days will require an additional long term cleaning fee of $50 that will be MANUALLY charged after reservation confirmation.
An unapproved late check-out fine is $50.

Pretty good for what we needed! Kind of dirty and host not very responsive to a maintenance issue (unopenable garage that was not repaired during our stay), but overall fine. It’s super central to everything and the huge backyard is great.

Was as advertised. Quiet neighborhood. Close to major attractions. No staples, other than enough K-cups for the Keurig for several days, but there was a grocery store one block away.
