Nice studio apartment on back of garage. The host was very responsive and gave directions to stadium.

Cozy little cabin in the woods vibe! We enjoyed the nature/animals we encountered nestled right near campus. We are tall folks so we’d recommend some dusting on higher surfaces. Planned to use the air mattress for our son but there weren’t any sheets/bedding (that we could find) for it so we had to improvise but I should have checked on that instead of assuming. Overall great stay!

I wish I could have stayed longer to enjoy the property more, but I was only in town for two days. It was a nicely hidden gem within walking distance of the University of Arkansas campus. It was incredibly clean and featured convenient creature comforts—like a nice and cool A/C to combat the outdoor heat after walking around campus all day. It had everything I expect when staying out of town. The host was great and responded very quickly to any questions I had. I would absolutely stay here again and would love to try out their other properties!

The location was great to be close to our college son for a weekend visit. However, the bed was very uncomfortable (too soft and rolled to middle). The shower was moldy and has a slow drain. For the price, a stay at a local hotel would have been better. The ice left in the freezer was appreciated.
