Escape to one of the only lakefront homes with a private pool and lake deck in the Houston-Katy area and bring the dogs. Set in a quiet cul-de-sac of just 15 homes wrapped around a private lake, this 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom retreat sleeps up to 9 guests and delivers the rare combination of waterfront living, resort-style amenities and a genuinely pet-friendly environment.
The outdoor space is the centerpiece of the home. A private pool sits steps from the covered patio with unobstructed views of the lake. The private lake deck below is perfect for morning coffee, evening sunsets and soaking in the peaceful waterfront atmosphere. The large fenced backyard offers space for yard games and the charcoal BBQ is ready for cookouts under the Texas sky.
Inside, the renovated kitchen features granite countertops, a gas stove, stainless steel appliances and everything your group needs to cook together. The open living area has a gas fireplace and large windows that frame lake views from nearly every room. Two 55" Smart TVs with streaming are available throughout the home. A dedicated workspace with an external monitor and high-speed Wi-Fi make this equally ideal for remote workers and traveling professionals.
The primary suite is your private retreat, featuring a king bed, walk-in closet, double vanity and a deep jetted soaking tub. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third has two twin beds. All linens, towels, pool towels, toiletries and a coffee station are provided.
Self check-in via smart lock. Washer/dryer on-site. Parking for 4 vehicles. Pack-n-play available for infants.
Pet Policy: Up to 2 dogs welcome, no weight limit. A $200 pet fee applies per stay. Dogs are restricted to the first floor (baby gate installed at stairway). No dogs on furniture or in the pool. The backyard is fenced from the front of the property; please supervise dogs near the pool and lake deck at all times.
Base rate includes up to 4 guests; additional guests welcome at $39/night each, up to 9 total.

Kitchen has lots of pots n pans. Lots of silverware and dishes. No storage containers for leftovers (bowls with plate as a lid). Very clean. Nice selections of spices, oil, etc.Usual little thjngs that came (how to change thermostat) up were handled well and quickly by the host.

Property was in good location for our activities (Adult baseball tournament). Kitchen was clean and modern, with nice layout.Funiture was old and dated, carpet needs to be replaced upstairs. Upstairs desk chair had rip in it. Walls need painting.Pool was nice. Lawn and shrubs were in need of cutting and Maintenace. Lawn was cut prior to departure.
