About this apartment rental
This friendly and very cozy 2-room apartment (approx. 35 m²) on the first floor is highly functional and fully furnished. All floors in the apartment are tiled. All the windows in the apartment have roller shutters, so you can darken the rooms for an undisturbed night’s sleep.
The vacation rental can accommodate a total of 4 people. For small children, we are also happy to provide a travel crib (without a mattress, comforter, pillow, or linens) and a high chair upon request (for a small fee).
From the hallway, which features a mirror and a coat rack, you can easily access all the rooms in your vacation rental.
The cozy living/dining room features a separate seating area with a comfortable couch, armchair, and coffee table, a separate dining table with 4 chairs, a sideboard, and various shelves. From the living room, you have direct access to the approximately 15 m² terrace (facing southwest) with patio furniture. Here you can sit back, relax, and enjoy the balmy summer nights in peace with a good glass of wine in the evening!
For your entertainment, the vacation rental is equipped with two modern flat-screen TVs as well as a stereo system with a radio and CD player. In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi.
The open-concept kitchen features a fully equipped built-in kitchen unit with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, oven, exhaust fan, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.
The cozy bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed, nightstands, a wall-mounted display cabinet, and a spacious closet, and also offers direct access to the patio. In addition, this room also has an extra TV.
The pull-out sofa in the living room provides an additional comfortable sleeping option for a third or fourth is provided by the pull-out sofa bed in the living room.
The bright bathroom features a shower, sink, and toilet, a hair dryer, and ample storage space.
A shared (coin-operated) washing machine is located in the laundry room on the first floor of the house and can be used by all guests.
If you’d like to barbecue, a brick charcoal grill with a rustic wooden table and two benches is available in the front yard of the apartment building.
You can park your car for free in a parking space assigned to your apartment right next to the building; your bicycles can be stored in a separate bike shed on the property. If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop located right near your apartment complex.
Bringing a dog is possible upon request—a one-time, moderate surcharge will be applied to cover the additional cleaning costs associated with this (see Prices).
In the interest of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the terrace for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!
