Charming apartment overlooking the Ocean, surrounded by stunning subtropical gardens and a small walking distance from the beach for 4 to 6 guests

-The balcony terrace with a panoramic view upon the garden, the Rocha Negra and with no opposite will offers pleasant family meals overlooking the sea.
-All year included access to a swimming pool and relaxing area (a few minutes walk) with three different pools (a paddling pool for toddlers, a family pool, and a swimmers' pool), deckchairs, hammocks, sofas, bar.
-Massages, spa, tennis at an extra.
! Please note that the all-year-round-available swimming pool facility is not the neighbouring one but a complex you can walk to within minutes.
It is located in a private flowerful environment, a green and peaceful oasis perfectly located in Praia da Luz, yet remotely enough from the noise of the city centre. Luz is an ancient fishers village which has become one of the best holiday places with one of the most lovely beaches in Algarve, Portugal.
South facing terrace with a wonderful view on the sea, the gardens, the Rocha Negra, unopposed for sea viewing family dinners.
Looking for a stay with no need for driving ? Casa Mademeluz is a walking distance from everything. The Praia da Luz beach is just ahead, and a lovely path will get you there in a 5-minute walk. Many restaurants and the shops in Luz are just within a small family walk too.
Praia da Luz is well known by surfers and one can take surfing lessons there.
Have a car there ? From the easy and private parking area at the door, the historic town of Lagos is only 5km away, and you will add the followings to your holiday:
- Boat visit of the caves of Benagil, les peignes, Ponta da Piedade…
- Sailing, jetski, water skiing and kitesurf
- Dolphin seeing in a boat trip
- Zoo in Lagos
- Medieval castle of Silves, fortress and castle of Lagos
- Marina de Lagos, marina de Portimão (Host Port for the Clipper Round the World Yacht Race fleet in 2019)
- Ancient city of Albufeira
- Cape St. Vincent and forteresse of Sagres, the most South-Western point in Portugal !

A set of clean bed linen is fitted on the beds before arrival.
A set of clean bath towels will be ready too.
Bath towels are meant for the bathroom only, they must not be taken out to the beach or swimming pool.
Guests can use the washing machine.
Please formulate in advance any specific request about bed linen and towels.

We had a very good stay. The apartment is spacious, with large kitchen and large balcony. We loved the view over the village and the ocean.
