Clean and simple solo room, no fuss and ideal for what was needed for a single night stay. Bed was a bit creaky but comfortable none the less! I didn't have breakfast. The only minor headache was nobody being around initially when I went to check in abour 8.30pm, and phone signal wasn't good to get hold of anyone. My fault for not reading the booking instructions and contacting the hotel in advance for a slightly later check in time. Somebody came after a short while but clearly they had a bit of a trek from where the bell rang!

Worst stay which i will report to concerned Agency and hotels com, Even though i told i was arriving late and guy confirmed he will be at property to open door, no one let b me entered the property, luckily some other first allowed the every, Room and hotel is shabke, not all mattress were proper, broken matterss , broken chester drawer, smelly and mouldy room and bathroom, had to stay as at that hour no other option, there was no showers in morning as bathroom is broken, and hotel guy just have to say sorry, this hotel should be shut down and shouldn't be listed due to safety and hygene issues.

War was described and wat we got was so far off the mark ,i booked a double supervisor room wat we got was below stardard and what we paid,,the curtains poles rusty, curtain stained,the bed was so uncomfortable hardy slept for two nights we stayed, the tv was to low on wall u could see half tv because front bed board stoping the view of tv,the furniture was damage marked ,there was no fire instructions on room door, and had go out for breakfast because they only served continental breakfast, if i new how this stay was going turn out like this wouldn't of book at this hotel,would like refund of wat i paid

Booked last minute, great bay view included in deluxe room, decor in bathroom a little jaded but great to have a bath and see the prom and pier lights, comfy bed and cleaned well. Bedframe and furniture is old/antique. Curtains needed better fittings but did the job. Breakfast...basic buffet style, no cooked option though. All staff were friendly, some late night chatter from reception but quiet by 11pm.

The single member of staff I interacted with was friendly and obliging. There was no bath plug when we arrived late on our first night. However, there was no hot water that came through the bath tap or the sink tap. Only hot water through the electric shower. Travelling solo with 2 small children made it difficult to raise any issues. I attempted to ring the hotel from our day out the following day but it said the number was no longer in use. It was a busy and short trip for us but it would have been nice to have had hot water out of the taps. The room on the whole was dated but clean. And as I said the lady that I did have brief interactions with was kind and helpful.

Booked a hotel room and we set off half the way got call they cancelled booking on over booking. Refund the money after 2 days with deduction. Should compensate instead of deduction. Worse experience on Hotel .com and with this hotel.

This place was absolutely awful. We booked a family room and were given a room in the basement. The room smelt dirty and damp. The curtains were hanging off the rail. There was a hole in the floor. The windows were filthy, which wasn't a bad thing as it helped to block the view of the concrete wall. The light in the bathroom was broke, so it was really dark in there. The shelf in the bathroom was not attached properly so anything put on there kept falling off. The sink had a massive crack in and should be replaced immediately. The wardrobe was knacked and had a horrible smell inside. When we opened the wardrobe it was full of empty beer cans and beer bottles. I guess the previous occupants got drunk to cope with staying there. So overall I wouldn't recommend staying here.

Located in very ideal location but no parking , however, if you are lucky you will find free street parking. Overall hotel was fine but guests in the room above perhaps kids jumping on floor until 12:30 ruined our good night sleep and hence ruined our early morning walk to catch sun rise. Interior could be better.

No staff to great you when we arrived, we had to try and speak to someone via a ring doorbell with bad reception. Poor facilities with no hot water. Definitely not deluxe as described in advert. Shabby secondhand furniture throughout that I wouldn't even give away. Bed that you could feel the springs I could go on but you get the idea. Very disappointing. Asked for call back regarding no hot water situation and no response from management.

Worst experience of our lives. The place was filthy, matresses had stains that would print on the clean linen. Bathroom was stained and had limescale. Thebeds were ripped. Requested for a shower mat because the bath tub was dangerously slippery, but we they did not bring it. The rooms were not cleaned and when we requested for a clean, their cleaner took all our food stuff including fruits, juices, chovolates and a couple of unopened noodle pots and bottled milk. The manager quickly replaced the noodles and brought another cleaner, but you can imagine how upset we already were. The continental breakfast was eggs. The rest felt like leftover bits of a few yoghurt pots, stale pancakes and bagels. We left the breakfast table hungry because it was just so underwhelming. The noise coming from the other rooms was shocking, we could hear snoring every night and come checkout upstairs you could hear clear conversations and a lot of banging.The shower went from freezing cold to scalding hot, we could even hear people showering in the next room. Overally the location was great but the hotel was the worst i have been to. I wouldnt recommend it at all.

Hotel is in appalling condition. Plug sockets didn’t work, there was an extension lead on the floor next to the bed which is how we boiled the kettle, on the floor :( toilet kept blocking. Beds were old and squeaked every time you moved a toe. No sleep at all. Carpets were dirty. Plaster falling off the walls. Paid for 2 night stay and left the morning after our first night.

The first room was completely covered with flies and unsafe and a hole at the door where a mouse could easily come in , so we got it changed, but the second room still had flies. Beds were horrible. No proper ventilation. Will never recommend this stay again. Very disappointed.

We did not stay at the property it was so dirty. They let the room out again and refused to refund us. The bedding was dirty and overall the room was by far the worst condition of any room we have had the misfortune to be in. Hotels like this should not be in business since they cannot possibly be serving the needs of customers. We will not be using expedia again since they have done nothing to support us despite us confirming we have proof the room was let out again.
