Stay in agroturismo just outside Belluno

Amazing agriturismo with a historic villa! The rooms are new, modern, and very comfortable, and the location is just a few minutes by car from Belluno. The host is wonderful — make sure to book the villa tour as well; it’s incredible how much history it holds. A true hidden gem with so many stories to tell!

Really nice stay.

Really clean and well kept, it had amazing views and was surrounded by lovely walks. Julia was really helpful and gave us some good recommendations for local things to do.

It was slightly too far out of town (Belluno) so did need a car / couldn’t walk to local bars and restaurants.

If I could live there I would!

Breathtaking! Wish we would have had more time to explore. The grounds and lodging were immaculate. Far exceeded my expectations!!! Because we were hiking before we got there, we couldn't check in until late. Julia left us exact instructions including pictures. Julia was the best part. She had an exquisite breakfast for us. She was very friendly and made us feel pampered. I would definitely go back BUT... I'd stay forever !😉

A magical place to stay!

We came from Sweden, me and my son, and absolutely loved Agriturismo Modolo. It’s a historic and stunning location with modern, spotless rooms. Our host Francesco was incredibly friendly and gave us great tips on activities and places to visit. The staff made us feel at home, and we would be happy to return anytime!

Excellent in every respect and a chance to explore the beautiful Dolomites

Peaceful location, lovely big room and large bathroom all recently converted. Francesco the owner was charming and so helpful with suggestions of places to visit and local restaurants for dinner.

Beautiful view, nicely isolated. The house is recently refurbished and it is done very well.

It needs abetter place to sit and perhaps work, as it can be fantastic place for such a time of.

Alla scoperta della Valbelluna

Di questo breve soggiorno in Valbelluna ci è piaciuto tutto. L'accoglienza cordiale e calorosa da parte del signor Francesco ci ha fatto subito sentire a nostro agio. La struttura si trova nel cuore delle Dolomiti e fa parte del complesso di Villa Modolo che abbiamo avuto l'onore di visitare accompagnati dal proprietario. La stanza dove siamo stati ospitati era pulitissima con bagno spazioso e letto comodissimo. La colazione eccezionale e la signorina Chiara è stata gentilissima nel farmi trovare prodotti gluten free e senza lattosio. Il soggiorno è stata un'esperienza sicuramente da ripete.

Nulla da segnalare, ci è piaciuto tutto.

Rustige oase met prachtig uitzicht en enthousiaste host

Soms heb je een hotel waar je gewoon niet weg wilt. Dat was Villa di Modolo voor ons. Wat een fantastisch verblijf hadden we hier. We werden enthousiast begeleid door gastvrouw Julia, die ons tips en uitleg gaf over de regio. We hebben genoten van de Dolomieten, het stadje Belluno en het terrasje bij het verblijf. Het ontbijt was goed. We komen snel terug.
