Barrio Luzan by United Renters

My experience was extremely disappointing. From the moment we arrived at the ground-floor apartment located at Via Luzan 7, we were greeted by a strong and persistent smell of dampness and sewage coming from the inner courtyard. I reported the issue to the property immediately. Although the inconvenience was acknowledged, no concrete solution was offered. I was informed that the manager would contact me shortly, but throughout the entire stay I never received a phone call, message, or any form of follow-up. The most disappointing aspect was not only the problem with the accommodation itself, but also the complete lack of customer care and attention. Ignoring such an important complaint and failing to provide any response is, in my opinion, unprofessional and unacceptable. Considering that the stay cost more than €800 for one week, I expected a much higher level of service. After many years of traveling, I have rarely encountered such a lack of consideration toward a guest. This is an experience that I cannot recommend.

The location was great, it was clean, and there was everything available for a comfortable stay. It’s an excelent choice.

The floors were a bit dirty, but it’s understandable because of the beach and sand.

La ubicación era inmejorable, además aunque el apartamento es pequeño, cuenta con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días en pareja.

Al ser un bajo tiene mucha humedad, las sábanas se notaban como húmedas. Había bichitos y alguna telaraña. El acceso si vas muy cargado es complicado ya que tienes que cerrar la puerta del portal para poder abrir la del apartamento
