The hotel was excellent from start to finish. The location was perfect, the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety of options.
Everything was great during my stay, and I honestly have no major complaints. The service and overall experience were excellent.

Friendliness and welcoming attitude. Warm atmosphere. Helpful and attending to needs. Quick and on spot
Roads and access to premises need serious work to make it acceptable.
Rooms need more housekeeping presence for cleaning and detailing.
More maintenance needed (shower place, toilet seat, wall sockets, HVAC, etc.).
Wi-Fi needs improvement in room 502 (??) where I had stayed.
There were a lot of mosquitos in my room, serious actions needed (other than spraying repellents).
The hotel needs a small coffee place downstairs on GF and a seating place where I can receive people and talk quietly and privately.
