Artemida Beach Apartment

Excellent apartment! Very spacious, extremely clean, and in a perfect location—only a 2-minute walk from the beach, close to all essential facilities, and just 10 minutes from the airport. A special thank you to Katerina, the owner, for being so kind and helpful. We forgot some belongings, and she kindly sent them by mail all the way to our country. We truly appreciate her kindness and help. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need during your stay. Owner has thought of every little detail, making the apartment feel very comfortable and welcoming.

Perfect location perfect host always ready to help u and solve ur queries. It was a great experience .near the beach , super market and restaurants. Special welcome goodies from the host .

Location, location, location. Spacious apartment. One proper queen bed and then another twin bed/pull out looking bed. It is a bachelor apartment the only door is on the bathroom. The kitchen was a nice size and it had everything you needed. There are some great coffee shops and stores right on the same block if you need any necessities and a couple of pharmacies close by. Although it is not directly on the beach it is on the main strip that runs parallel to the beach, walk across the street and you are on the beach. The balcony was excellent. The host was great for communication and pleasant to work with. Easily accessible by taxi to get around if needed.

The stand holding the TV was broken by previous occupants and the host has never noticed - it tipped over on us, we were able to save their TV which was good but shows a lack of attention to detain from the host to follow up after tenants. The hot water tank is actually mounted in the bathroom IN THE SHOWER with wires that although the copper isn't exposed the wires are exposed - this needs to be sorted out ASAP!! The door to the apartment is a wood door and although locks properly it doesn't seem the most safe. A steel door would go a long way to making the apartment more safe.
