Renovated 3 Bedroom House

Location and renovated feel

Nothing it was all great

We are ladies in our sixties who were going on a sewing weekend. We found the house comfortable enough. I don’t know when it was renovated but it can’t have been recently. The beds were comfortable enough but no top sheet only a doona. The weather was very mild on our stay so the doonas were far too hot. The shower was beautiful with lots of hot water but sadly the shower itself needs a good scrub as the tiles were filthy. The basin was blocking up when you cleaned your teeth as well. The outside light didn’t work which made it difficult at night to see the grey front steps. The grass was long and with no path to the steps be prepared to get your shoes wet. There is only one street parking and the road can be very noisy The resident behind the house was exceptionally rude and as there is no division between his property and yours his dog roams around. If you had children I would be a bit wary of letting them outside as he is a very big dog. He did seem harmless enough though. We did enjoy our stay in Goulburn.
