The villa was absolutely beautiful! It was very clean, spacious, and had gorgeous views. The hosts were incredibly friendly, responsive, and organized, with very helpful information about transportation, restaurants, and local activities. We followed their recommendation for pizza at Verginiello and it was excellent. The outdoor courtyard and jacuzzi were such a nice bonus, and with the perfect weather we loved spending time outside enjoying the view. Expectations and instructions are very clear ahead of time and they went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Overall, they made everything very easy and stress-free and we had an incredible time.

The biggest thing to be aware of is the number of stairs/walking involved. There are a decent amount to access the villa and also along the short walk into the piazza, so it may be difficult for anyone with mobility issues or a lot of luggage. It's not on a main road so you cannot get dropped off right in front. The hosts did offer a private transfer from the ferry port directly to the villa for 130 euro, but we chose to take taxis instead, which cost about 70 euro total for two taxis for our group of 7 plus luggage. If you go the taxi route, I’d recommend being very specific about the drop-off location..it was a little unclear at first and we ended up carrying luggage farther than expected. They also offered porter service for luggage at 35 euro per piece, which could be helpful for some travelers, but we carried ours ourselves. Overall, no big deal and we made it work and it didn't impact our overall experience in any negative way. They offered a lot of options to navigate the stairs and walking which were very helpful.

1. The property is very huge. Ample space and privacy to enjoy the view and spend quality time with your friends and family. 2. The location was perfect. Very close to the centre, plenty of eateries around. 3. The hosts was supportive and available when needed.

Mandatorily signing a short-term rental agreement and signing a pre-determined cost of the damages that may happen. If I knew this was to happen, I would not have booked the property. A deal breaker for me. 1. It is not accessibility friendly, not possible for people with mobility challenges to stay here. 2. Not child friendly: - It is not designed or measures in place for safety of child. The floor is of tiles and hence quite hard, and also made it difficult for child to walk. - The mats were not anti skid - Plenty of stairs(scope of adding ramps) - A lot of decorative sharp objects/items in easy reach of child. 3. Natural lighting: - The sunlight hardly comes inside the rooms, so it is dark and cold always. - A few hours of sun in the terrace that's it. 4. View from the property is okish. 5. The cabinets and doors don't work properly. Need maintenance and some need to be fix right away. 6. Please provide or add locks to the bathroom. No way to lock it from inside. Anyone can open it. We had to announce if any of us was going to use the bathroom. In short the above points are not a demerit or a negative points, and for many people it should not be of concern, but I had child and elderly traveling with me thus the above bothered me. Overall a nice play to stay.
