Hospitality was great, rooms were near. Harshit was great and was very helpful.

Areas for improvement:
- Cleanliness near the entrance should be better maintained.
- Room cleaning should be done more thoroughly and consistently.

Owner and staff were super helpful.
They made sure my elderly parents got a room on the ground floor at the very last moment. They also moved them to quieter side of the hotel on the last night due to Durga Pooja celebrations.
Our room upstairs had very neat interior, good space and was clean.
They also offered us sweets on festive occasion and made sure our stay was comfortable.
The pressure in the shower head on upper floor is low and not so much hot water at times but manageable.
Location is a bit away from famous ghats so moving around with elderly parents can be challenging.
All in all, good!
