I had to contact the host for check-instructions but I thought that I would have received that before arrival so I was a little bit nervous as I wasn’t sure on what to do when I arrived but the host ended up replying to my messages and telling me where to find the keys. We were having issues with the WiFi to begin with as it wasn’t showing up but then the host managed to share the new code. Also had issues with the hot water in the en-suite bathroom as only cold water was coming out but the host was quick to help us resolve it by sending a video on how to regulate the boiler. We couldn’t find all the clean towels, we saw some in the machine but we didn’t know if they had already been washed or were yet to be washed.

Great place, very modern and smart, highly recommended

We booked this property very last minute as we were stranded in the area. It was very reasonably priced and is beautifully decorated. The beds were unbelievably comfortable. Good transport links into London

It was difficult to control the temperature of the showers but the owner actually contacted me regarding this and is working to rectify the issue.
