I love the place, it feels like home away from home. Very clean, comfy, everything is inside the unit. location wise this is the best specially when you will visit Yas Island.

Good location close to theme parks.
The owner of this property needs to pay more attention to the wants of the guests who stay there.The placed had not been cleaned prior to our visit. The microwave was dirty, the hot water was brown and unusable so we had to but water to wash our dishes and boil it. The fridge was iced up and when changed the settings, as advised, we came back to an apartment covered in water and spent our time trying to clean the floor, oh and the mop was broken too. Also the coffee plunger had someone else’s tea or something not sure how long that had been there.
