A localização é boa e há estacionamento mesmo em frente à casa.
A limpeza do apartamento deixa muito a desejar. Não é muito agradável e tem pouca luz natural. Pouco funcional, tinha apenas uma toalha de banho e três de rosto, para quatro pessoas. Os lençóis eram pequenos para a cama. O roupeiro estava estragado e o único candeeiro de mesa de cabeceira também não funcionava. A casa de banho apenas tinha restos de rolos de papel higiénico.
