Casa Philo

The house is recently renovated and everything is fairly new. The kitchen is fully equipped, the air conditioning is working properly. The walk-in shower is a plus. The bed is somewhat confortable. Overall a nice house and a nice host.

The electrical system can't handle the oven and the air conditioning running at the same time. You have to switch one off. There are a few ants here and there, but this was not a big deal. A kitchen knife and some bigger glasses would be nice.

We had a great stay! The apartment is very well located in the center of Maiori, close to transport, restaurants, shops, and the beach. The house also has a garage, which is perfect if you rent a car or a scooter. Sabrina was very kind and helpful, she gave us useful information and was always available if needed. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. We really enjoyed our time there and would definitely recommend it!

L'appartamento si trova a circa 400 metri dal mare, è ben ristrutturato e anche ben fornito per quanto riguarda utensili di cucina, nonché biancheria da bagno e da letto. È presente una corte d'ingresso che permette di stendere ad asciugare i vestiti e teli da mare. L'unica nota negativa purtroppo è legata al fatto che il cellulare non prende all'interno dell'abitazione (sono abitazioni vecchie con muri spessi, è normale) e anche il WiFi va male, abbiamo dovuto metterlo sulla finestra di cucina (in alto) affinché funzionasse un po'. Consiglio questo appartamento sia per come è, sia per la vicinanza al mare, ma anche perché da Maiori si raggiungono facilmente le altre zone della costiera amalfitana in autobus o in barca, quindi ottimo!
