La posizione e gli arredi interni. La pulizia, la funzionalità del bagno e della cucina. Anche i condizionatori sono stati fondamentali.
il fatto di aver dovuto dare una cauzione non era ben evidenziato. la mancanza di una lavatrice per un periodo estivo e lungo si fa sentire. è difficile salire al piano con i bagagli per via della scala a chiocciola stretta. con i trolley da "cappelliera" ci si girava appena. io ho dovuto portare su un trolley di quelli grandi....

La ubicación fue perfecta, no se encontraba dentro del centro histórico pero estaba muy cerca caminando. Supermercado y boulangerie a pocos metros. La posibilidad de estacionar ahí era muy cómodo. El departamento amplio y cocina muy bien equipada. La comunicación fue muy buena.
Si uno tiene mucho equipaje es algo incómoda la escalera porque es un poco chica y es en el segundo piso.

Logement récent sur deux étages, calme et confortable. Accès facile au centre-ville même à pied. Boulangerie et supérette à proximité.
Très forte et désagréable odeur dans la cage d'escalier sale. L'appartement se trouve dans une vieille maison sans ascenseur. Le quartier est peu engageant. La décoration est très quelconque et sans charme. A notre arrivée, le code d'accès n'avait pas été fourni contrairement à ce qui avait été convenu. Les propriétaires tardent à répondre aux courriels. Le petit lit d'une chambre est assez inconfortable, les autres sont bons.
