This property is special. Must be one of the best in Wells! It's brand new and has everything you could wish for in a rental property, including generous parking for one car. Spacious and well equipped kitchen area; fridge, freezer, dishwasher, large stove and inside hidden rubbish/recycling storage; spacious dining area and lounge with comfy seating and large, wall-mounted smart tv. The bedrooms are also large with plenty of space and storage, comfortable beds and large en-suites with super shower. There is also a delightful outside space/garden area for those warm, sunny summer evenings. And we received a lovely welcome for the friendly owner. Can't recommend this property highly enough. Not the cheapest, but great value none the less. You get what you pay for, and here you get plenty for your money.

Proximity to facilities in Wells. Newness & cleanliness of the property. En suites for both bedrooms.

Location on road was quite noisy with cars, esp. in front bedroom. Small point - a surface for cup of tea when sitting on sofa would be useful!
