Spokojna okolica. Tuż obok apartamentu znajdował się przystanek autobusowy. Bezproblemowy kontakt z Właścicielką. Dostępność kuchenki, garnków, naczyń. Pomimo mrozów, po włączeniu grzejnika w łazience było naprawdę ciepło.
Brak sklepów spożywczych w pobliżu, a autobusy nie zawsze przyjeżdżały. W apartamencie sztućce były niedomyte, poduszki na kanapie łuszczyły się i brakowało podstawowych produktów jak cukier, herbata, sól... Słabe połączenie z internetem. Okna były albo nieszczelne, albo nie potrafiliśmy ich domknąć, ale po zakryciu od dołu kocem - nie wiało.
