鉄輪温泉の中心部にあり、近くに地獄蒸しや温泉施設もありました。宿にも温泉が2箇所付いていますが、時間帯によっては予約制なので、近くの温泉施設が利用しやすいのは良かったです。
小さな宿ですが、部屋は大人3人でも圧迫感はありません。スタッフさんの対応がとても親切で、1組1組丁寧に説明されてました。
別府駅のほうからだと少し距離がありますので、そちら側をメインに観光するには不便かもしれません。
駐車場も完備されていますが、周辺の道が狭いところあるので、車で行かれる方は注意です。(宿泊する前にはスタッフさんがメッセージで道案内してくれます)

Lovely traditional house with two private onsens and a delicious breakfast. The staff were incredibly helpful throughout. Location is very convenient. I was pleasantly surprised that they have an elevator.
After checkout, they can only store the luggage up to 2pm. But it’s okay because coin lockers are available in the nearby bus stop.
