    I have been to this property before so I was excited to book Juniper Haus again. This time when I went I was informed the hot tub was out of commission and it wasn't offered as an amenity for my room. That was one of my main reasons for booking. It is my fault that I didn't read the amenities for the room. I just assumed the hot tub still came with the room. The problem I'm having is, for $232.00 I had no tv, hot tub, or Wi-Fi . (WiFi was supposedly an amenity) So I feel extremely jipped because I could have just gone to the Fredericksburg inn and had a suite, heated pool, free laundry, tv, breakfast, wifi, ect for 145.00 and it's quite lovely. So after this last stay I probably won't be visiting again anytime soon. I will say that whoever it was that I was dealing with regarding my stay and the property was top notch with customer service, but I found everything else lacking this time around. Very disappointed

    We enjoyed our stay at the Juniper Hause was great. The two complaints I have are 1)the hot tub did not work even though when I booked there was a picture of a hot tub and 2) there was not a TV in the room
