Great clean flat with good service from the company. We had everything we needed.
Difficult to get the keys (box may need changing) and the access alley can be a bit intimidating. It was all fine but I’m glad we didn’t arrive in the evening

部屋内はとても清潔だった。宿泊日までのレスポンスはかなり良かったし、とても親切だった。熱波到来中だったので、2階はかなり暑かったけど、1階は何もしなくても涼しくてよかった。リドルという安いスーパーが近くにあり、良かった。駅は遠いけど、バスのアクセスがよくてかなり便利だった。
〇窓の外側がきたなかった。部屋の中はとても綺麗でよかったけど、2階の窓の外側に蜘蛛の巣がはっていたり、鳩の羽があったりで、そこまで清掃がおよんでなかったのは残念だった。〇玄関の鍵がしまらなかった。オートロックと書いていたが、閉まらなかった。外側の鉄格子の鍵がしまったので問題なかったが、鍵は締まるようにしてほしい。もしくは、ドアの締め方の説明が欲しかった。（イギリス人ではないので、締め方が間違っていたのかもしれないので）〇トイレットペーパー不足とレスポンスなし。途中トイレットペーパーがなくなりそうになり、補充して欲しいと連絡したが無視された。結局、スーパーで自分で買いました。足りない分は自分で調達するシステムなのかもしれませんが、無視しないで教えて欲しいです。（4人（うち3人女性）でとまりましたが、置いてあったロールではまったく足りませんでした）〇その他 これは、宿のせいではないけど、宿を出たすぐの小道の角でトイレ（小）をする男性がいて、一気に嫌な気持ちになりました。

The place is well maintained and it’s comfortable to stay. The location is great. 5 mins walk to West Brompton Underground Station. Bus stops are easily accessible. The host is very nice and informative. As it’s only the main road there is a morning open market to get fresh food and there’s Lidl supermarket just across the road. If you have a family up to 4, this is a perfect place to stay in London. Great neighbourhood too.
