The Weidefeld sandy beach with kiosk, restaurant and beach chairs is just a few minutes away and the nearby harbour promenade in the Baltic Sea resort is a wonderful place to stroll and admire the harbour cinema. As soon as you enter the holiday home, your holiday begins. You are in the heart of the apartment, the combined living and dining area. The floor-to-ceiling window fronts ensure light-flooded rooms and an open feeling of space. You can relax on the cosy living area or enjoy an evening watching a film together - pure relaxation! Everyday life becomes more and more distant and if the weather shows its Nordic side, the wood-burning stove with its crackling fire provides further cosiness. And when the sun beckons, the large south-west-facing terrace with garden dining area and barbecue as well as 4 sun loungers and traffic light parasol await you. On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms with high-quality box-spring beds of different firmness levels with open foot ends. The first is furnished with a large 2 x 2 metre double bed and the second has two 2 x 1 metre single beds. Restful nights are guaranteed! A guest folding bed is available for a fifth person. Both bedrooms are also equipped with TVs on which streaming services are available. The house has two daylight bathrooms. One on the ground floor with a walk-in shower and infrared sauna and one on the upper floor with a bathtub. Two oases of well-being that provide relaxation at any time of year! The kitchen, which is separated from the living area by the hallway, is perfectly equipped for your holiday. There is a private parking space in front of the holiday home. This has its own wallbox with separate billing (from spring 2025). Please note that OstseeResort Olpenitz is still under development due to its great popularity.
