Grand Sandestin Complex Non-Smoking Policy: Smoking within the common elements of Bahia, Grand Sandestin/Lasata, and Elation condominiums is prohibited. Areas to which the prohibition applies include: unit balconies, storage lockers, and other common element facilities including amenities, walkways, stairwells, elevators, and parking areas. Smoking is defined to include inhaling, exhaling, burning or visibly possessing or controlling any (i) lighted or smoldering product containing tobacco, including but not limited to cigarettes, cigars and pipe tobacco; (ii) lighted or smoldering product containing marijuana or hashish, and (iii) e-cigarettes or any similar products that produce vapor in simulation of conventional smoking.

Parking: Underground Garage - Look for the Lasata name in the garage area so you can park directly below the property!

Getting around the neighborhood is easy. There is a tram that takes you right to the beach and you can walk or rent a golf cart to get around. Also, for vehicles, there are free passes for cars at Gate and there is No Code for access.

Internet: Open network. Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.
