Location was great and the apartment inside was very cosy . Owner was helpful.

I wouldn’t recommend the appartment during pick of summer as it doesn’t have air conditioning and it gets extremely hot in the appartment. I asked the owner if they had a fan, but unfortunately they didn’t. The owner very kindly offered to refund us if we wanted to leave but decided against it . I have never booked an appartment from booking.com and someone asked me to get the trash out after my stay..I did but I found it a bizarre comment

Le logement était très propre, confortable et agréable, avec un emplacement idéal pour profiter de Deauville.

Parking privé sécurisé

Entrée du bâtiment ça refroidit dès l’arrivée. Il s’agit d’un studio il n’y a pas de chambre mais un Canapé lit de très mauvaise qualité et bruyant ça nous a valu un mal de dos… pas de produits d’accueil même pas une bouteille d’eau au frigo en temps de canicule. Pas de ventilateur à disposition on a du en acheter un. État des casseroles déplorable. La douche ne donne pas envie du tout, joints moisis et le bac jauni manque d’entretien. Propriétaire réactif aux messages mais pas du tout aidant, le coup du ventilateur n’est pas acceptable.
