London apartment - Waterfront Terrace Parking - Pass the Keys

Location was superb. Loved the apartment.

(Minor observation - dishwasher didn't work. Everything else made up for it.)

Very well equipeed kitchen. More than enough to prepare dinner for the family. Great view and a terrace. Keys available next to the apartment, which saves on hassle thanks to no need to travel to same random pick up point.

It was clean on the surface, but then some things were totally off, such as certain rugs, pillows, random stuff in the closets, or dust in the corners. Some things were broken, e.g., the couch, some holes in the walls etc. It is hidden somewhere in the description, but I was still negatively surprised by the need to put in a deposit with an GBP 15 mandatory fee. This is a hidden cost, which I'm surprised Booking.com allows.

Size and location of the apartment are very good -- the view of Surrey Quays is great, towels and linen clean, quiet neighbourhood, public transport and supermarkets are close

The photos don't show the apartment as it is - there is a missing heater on the wall in the living room and missing shelves in the bedroom (just holes left), the bathroom is not as clean - mould on the ceiling and in the shower; also, the heater in the corridor, the towel rack in the bathroom and the dishwasher don't work -- got in touch with Pass The Keys, but they only responded like "try this and that" or "we'll forward the issue to our local team" - unfortunately, none of that was helpful to us and we got the impression that they didn't truly care. Referring to the heaters: there are substitute mini electric heaters, which we used and managed to get the place reasonably warm, but as soon as you turn them off, it gets pretty cold again -- that's why we can't recommend the apartment in winter.
